The excitement to be able to work together with 100 European sales representatives and others coming from all around the world is unbelievable. The past two months Leo and I have been working hard to build a tailor-made sales training program for Kramer AV. Kramer AV is the leading global “AV over IT” manufacturer and a great company to work with.
We spent a week at their Jerusalem head-quarters to build a training program together with their senior leadership team. Despite the long weekends and many hours it took to prepare the sales training – a very intense course in sales skills and -behavior, non-verbal, social-selling all the way to selling AV solutions in a very complex and fiercely competitive channel sales environment - it was all 100% worth it!
