Never a dull moment…

the past weekend ITEP (www.IT-EP.com) gave it all they got during a Spinning marathon in support of the fight against Parkinson’s disease.  Team Gijs took it away and what a great thing to support another excellent cause. 

If they only would have told us beforehand how tough it is to go full blast on a Spinning bike…..
